Do I get a warranty on my purchase?

Do you buy an article on Yellow Webshop? Then you get a legal guarantee. Some items have additional warranties. If applicable, they are listed with the article. If you want to make a claim under your warranty, we need the following information from you:

  • purchase receipt
  • clear description of your complaint
  • any photos for clarification

What does Yellow Webshop do about sustainability?

We strive to be as sustainable as possible. We immediately reuse our packaging materials so that we do not have to buy recycled packaging materials. In this way we try to burden the environment as little as possible.

My discount code doesn't work (anymore)?

Unfortunately, it is possible that you have entered a discount code but it is not accepted by the system. This may be because you have used the code before but, for example, did not complete your order. Depending on where you were in the ordering process, the system may see the discount code as used, so you cannot use the code again. If this happens, you can always contact customer service. They will then look for a suitable solution together with you.

Until what time can I order?

If you order before 4 p.m. on working days, your order will be delivered to PostNL the same day. PostNL strives to deliver the package to you the next day.

Can I order without an account?

It is possible to order without an account on Yellow Webshop. Ordering with an account does have a number of advantages such as:

Can I have my order delivered abroad?

When ordering you can specify a different delivery address. Currently you can choose:

What is the status of my order?

The order confirmation is proof that the order at Yellow Webshop has gone through successfully. A few minutes after ordering, you will receive the order confirmation by e-mail. Received nothing? Check your spam inbox to see if the order confirmation ended up there by accident. When your package has arrived at PostNL you will receive a Track & Trace code of the package. This way you can easily see the status of your order.

How can I cancel my order?

Without an account you can cancel an order by sending an email to [email protected]. Mention the order number, possibly the reason for the cancellation and state your telephone number so that we can contact you if necessary.

With an account you can cancel an order yourself via My account > My orders.

What happens to the order if my payment has failed?

It may happen that no money has been debited from your account. In this case we cannot ship your order. If you can still make the payment, we will process the order as soon as possible.

Can I order for business?

Do you want to place a business order as a company? Which can! Companies can order with or without a Yellow Webshop account. When ordering we need the following information: company name and VAT number. The VAT is always specified on the invoice.

Can I see if an item is in stock?

Products that are currently in stock can be found on our website. You can place and order these products directly in your digital shopping cart. On the product page you can see how much of it is in stock.

Is there a minimum order amount?

On our website there is a minimum order amount of 2 euros.

Will my order also be packed on request?

No, unfortunately Yellow Webshop does not currently offer any options for wrapping items or delivering gift wrap.

Can I order very large items and have them delivered?

Yes, of course. It is possible to order very large and very heavy items in our webshop. These kinds of items are only delivered in the Netherlands and Belgium. The shipping costs of your order are automatically calculated in your shopping cart.

I have a problem while ordering. What can I do?

If you notice a problem while ordering, we recommend that you try again in a different web browser. If this does not solve the order problem, please contact Yellow Webhop customer service. They are happy to help you. Our customer service is available from Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM. With the exception of holidays. Or send us your message via the contact form. We will send you a response as soon as possible on working days.

Do the prices include VAT?

Yes, the prices shown on the website include VAT.

Can I pay with iDEAL?

You can pay with iDeal on our website. You pay easily and quickly through your own bank. With payment via iDeal you end up in a secure banking environment for completing the payment. This way you can complete the transaction safely. Paying with iDeal is always free.

Can I pay with Paypal?

On our website it is possible to pay with PayPal. With PayPal you pay quickly and easily online. Your PayPal account is linked to your account number and by logging in you can easily make your payment.

Can I pay with a credit card?

We offer you the option to make the payment by means of credit card payment. In the payment environment, choose Credit card and select Visa, American Express or Mastercard. When you continue to pay, you will enter a secure login environment where you can enter your card details. If all information is entered correctly, you can make the payment by confirming your payment. Paying with Visa or Mastercard is always free.

Deliver and Pickup
Can I pick up my order ?

Unfortunately it is not possible to pick up your order.

How does the home delivery of a package work?

If you have chosen to have your order from Yellow Webshop delivered at home, it will be sent via PostNL's parcel service. As soon as the order has been shipped, you will receive a notification by e-mail (incl. Track & Trace code). You can follow the shipment with the Track & Trace code.

What are the shipping costs for the delivery of my order?

The shipping costs of normal, small items are 5.50 euros. Larger or very heavy packages such as lounge sets, garden tables or the larger umbrellas go with a special carrier and therefore have higher shipping costs. At Yellow Webshop we call this an XL Shipping and it costs 40 euros for the Netherlands and 50 euros for Belgium. The shipping costs of your order are automatically calculated in the shopping cart.

Can I have my order delivered elsewhere?

You can choose to have the order delivered to someone else. During the ordering process, you can select ship to a different address. Here you can then choose an address where you want it delivered. For example, you can have the order delivered to your work, or to someone else for whom the order is intended.

My package has not yet been delivered. Can I see the status of my shipment?

You can view the status of the package via Track & Trace. If the package has been registered with PostNL, you will then receive an e-mail containing a direct link. You can check the status of your order via this link.

My order does not contain all items. What can I do?

Please note that the order may consist of several packages. It is possible that part of the order unexpectedly arrives one or more working days later. If the order is not delivered after a few days, please contact our customer service.

I was not at home at the time of delivery. What can I do?

Nobody home? The package may have been delivered to the neighbors or to a PostNL point in the area. PostNL will leave you a card with a 'non-home code'. With this code you can see on track & trace where you can pick up your package.

Return and Exchange
Can I return my order?

Your Yellow Webshop account contains an overview of all your orders. If you want to return an item, you can return the item in the relevant order. In the return request you state the reason for return and the follow-up action. As soon as we have received your return in our warehouse, we will process it as soon as possible.

Can I exchange my order?

If you wish to exchange an item, we request that you first register the item to be returned via a contact form and then order the desired item via the normal ordering procedure in our webshop. When reporting the exchange, please always state the following information:

  1. reason
  2. article description and invoice number.
  3. description of new article with new invoice number.
What are the return conditions?

Product return conditions:

  1. Item must not be worn and/or washed.
  2. Item will not be accepted if you have attempted to repair a defect.
  3. Article will not be accepted if the instructions for use and/or instructions for use have not been followed.
  4. Item has original labels and is returned in full original packaging.
  5. Underwear is not exchanged for hygienic reasons.

When will I receive my purchase amount back?

As soon as your package has returned to us, it can take a few working days before your return has been processed and the purchase amount has been refunded. We do our very best to process returns as quickly as possible.

What are the costs of a return?
